Expert Witnessing

While approximately 95% of all divorce cases do not require appearance at trial you should know that Mr. Gillmore's experience includes providing expert testimony in the 9th Judicial Circuit, Florida including Orange and Osceola County.
Expert witnesses are allowed to testify as to their opinions and may testify as to what they believe the evidence indicates.
Lay witnesses are allowed to testify only as to what they have seen or
heard, i.e. that cannot testify as to what they think the evidence may indicate.
